Long Buckby Extension & Refurb

Our client was having a full house renovation in Long Buckby, but their previous builder had let them down badly, leaving a partially finished job. We visited the property and went through each area and felt we were able to recover the situation. Our team of plasterers, carpenters, builders, electricians and plumbers were brought in to finish off the renovation and also start on a new kitchen extension. We were able to support our clients when they had problems and challenges, offering advice and options to overcome them.

The renovations included demolition of internal walls, a new heating system, rewiring, plastering throughout, rectifying sagging floor joists, repair of damaged brickwork including strengthening with helibars. New carpentry work was undertaken, new front and back doors, a new entrance hall and utility room and a brand new 38sqm extension with bi-folding doors to the garden. A year later we were asked to create a large patio area for them to entertain. This bridged the kitchen and the garden area nicely, bring the outside inside.
