Every new home has a unique story and each project requires an individual approach, and so will yours.

Site Visit

The first part of our new build process begins with a site visit. There’s nothing like viewing the site alongside the plans, we like to look at the light, access, ground and where the plot is situated. All of these things are important for us to plan ahead. When we start a full house build project we like to make sure everything runs smoothly, and if that means visiting your neighbours or planning the least disruptive routes for vehicles and materials, we will.

Planning

When we have all the information from above we then start to plan. This may include talking with your architect, planning office or yourself to iron out any issues or discrepancies with the plans. At this point, we will submit a formal quote.

Building

On acceptance of the quote, our contract will begin. We have a close-knit team of high-quality tradesmen who specialise in their own specific areas whether that be electrics, plumbing, kitchen fitting, flooring or painting and decorating. You will be given a start date for the building to commence and then the fun part, the building!
